Why are you limiting it to 15,000 customers this year?
Every book has to be individually printed. And to produce books of this quality takes time. In our first year we didn't want to overload our printers so we can turn-around your book in an acceptable time.
Do I need the starter pack when all the instructions are on this site?
Not really but you do need a password card and we wanted to present it as beautifully and helpfully as we could in a tight budget.
What happens if I change address during the year?
To change your address you will need to go to the My Account page and register your new address and other details with us. Please be sure and do this prior to printing the book to ensure we send the book to the correct address.
Can I order duplicate copies of my book?
Yes, it's possible to order multiple copies of your final book and we will give you this option when you come to print the book.
Why isn't my club featured?
We hope to expend the number of clubs featured in future seasons but each one involves a mountain of work, so it would help to gauge demand. You can tell us which other clubs you would like us to cover on the Clubs covered page.
What happens if I join late?
Whenever you start My Football Year, we will have been covering your team for you. You will still be able to make changes to the August pages of your book.
Do you have photographers at every game?
Most seasons the answer is yes but very occasionally the big agencies don't send a photographer to cover a distant Uefa Cup game - in which case we would make a selection from player shots.
Which browsers does My Football Year support?
We recommend Explorer 7.0+ and Mozilla FireFox 2.0+. Both are available free.
